About Project
The goal of this MOU is to strengthen Thailand’s closed-loop recycling of aluminum cans. By putting together a pilot model for post-consumer waste management, the management of recycle used beverage cans into new cans. In addition, to increase the recycling rate and recycled content of aluminium cans. Last but not least, transparency in the recycling process should be promoted so that consumers can track the progress of aluminum can recycling from start to finish.
This is a significant step forward from Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the promotion of recyclable beverage packaging production, led by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment together with six partners to comply with the holistic economic development strategies “BCG Model: Bio-Economy, Circular Economy, and Green Economy” for sustainable development in Thailand.
