To promote broader and more sustainable access to aluminium beverage packaging among consumers and attendees, Aluminium Loop provided aluminium canned water throughout the event. In addition, Can Crushers were made available for compressing used cans, allowing participants to directly engage in the initial stage of responsible packaging waste management. These cans will then be passed into the recycling system. Aluminium cans are 100% recyclable, and through Closed Loop Recycling, the same cans can be recycled back into new cans of identical quality—over and over again.

The initiative also ensured that all used cans at the event would be fully collected and recycled, supporting the creation of new cans in a sustainable cycle. This effort tangibly reduces waste and conserves natural resources, contributing to environmental responsibility in the packaging industry.
